About Us

Nativa’s Management owner is Laura Jara. She started working in the Dominical area in 2006 as the administrative assistant of a high-end property developer and her responsibilities quickly expanded during the 5 years she worked with that company. Laura developed valuable relationships with vital public agencies such as the Osa Municipality, Minae, and Banking Institutions. Laura also assumed an accounting role for the organization by keeping a record of the investments and paying bills in a timely fashion. Her support of the team was an essential component during the project planning and permit processes. Eventually Laura also took on the role of Property Management with customer relationship and overall home maintenance. During this time, she honed her leadership skills and created a professional team that accomplishes objectives and resolves problems.

In 2012, Laura created Nativa Management. Now the company has grown and currently manages 13 vacation rental homes (and counting), a Commercial Center (Plaza Pacifica in Dominical), and is the project leader for the development of 3 properties with multiple homes during the next 3 years.

Our Mission

Our Mission is to help non-Costa Ricans realize their investment and residential property objectives: from site selection, to conceptualization, to permits and entitlements, to construction, and finally to property management. Rather than being on your own and having to interpret and navigate through each step, we use our experience to provide the most practical and cost effective solution available. We won’t always tell you what you want to hear, but we will always tell you what you need to know. In short, we use our collective decades of experience and learning curve to enable you to realize your dreams in the fastest, most economical way possible.

She is the founder of Nativa Property Management and is the person who will coordinate home improvements and project developments.

Maintenance Team Leader

Esteban coordinates repairs, routine maintenance and housekeeping. He is also the person in charge of welcoming guests to our vacation homes.

Isabel Elizondo

Office Manager

Isabel is the team's office manager in charge of all administrative duties in regards to each home such as preparing monthly reports and accounting needs.
