Pura Vida Villas has been my home away from home! I love it here. The apartment is great. It's close to Nauyaca Waterfalls, shopping and restaurants. It's a short distance to Pérez Zeledón, Eco Chontales Waterfalls, or Dominical Beach. It's the perfect centralized location. The Nativa Property Management team has been excellent. Great and attentive communication. I highly recommend the management team and staying at Pura Vida Villas.

We’ve stayed in properties managed by Nativa Management multiple times, and every trip has been incredible! Cristina and Laura made us feel so welcome and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for our family. From helping with transportation to recommending amazing local spots, they truly made our stays special.

The whole team at Nativa is friendly, professional, and always quick to help with anything we needed. You can tell they really care about both their guests and the properties they manage. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and just felt like home.

If you’re looking for a property management company in Costa Rica that goes the extra mile, Nativa Management is the way to go. We can’t wait to come back!

Nativa was amazing during our 10 day trip to Costa Rica. They were great at communicating with us, especially since we travelled with a toddler. The house was a true paradise, spotless, and fully equipped with everything one could need during their stay. I would a thousand percent recommend them!!!

Nativa has been managing our Costa Rica rental property for the past few years. From the beginning they’ve gone above and beyond to ensure the best quality and most value possible. During construction they helped us find the top notch contractors at very affordable prices. Since then they’ve maintained the property immaculately and each and every guest leaves feeling like a VIP. Look no further, Laura, Cristina, Esteban, & the entire team are an absolute dream to work with!

We've worked with Nativa Property Management for over five years. I don't know what we'd do without them. Laura, Cristina and their team are amazing. They are incredibly professional and manage both our property and guests with amazing results. I couldn't be happier with our decision to work with them.
