Casa La Reserva
Personal and Rental Home (August 2011 – April 2018)
This project is located on 6 hectares. The owners wanted to build a main house, guest house and caretaker house. The most important aspect for them was to cause the least impact, therefore they chose to build a Balinese style house and plant fruit trees to provide more fruits to the wild life. We started the project at the end of April 2012 and they sold the property in 2018.
Our responsibilities during this project:
- Oversee construction progress
- Manage payroll for work crew
- Personal assistance to owners
- Property management and maintenance.
- Coordinate the logistics for the guests.
