  • Provide weekly progress reports with pictures in order to keep owner informed and apply any changes required.

Our service for Project Manageent includes:

  • Get the contractors to the property to explain in detail the project and get the quotes.
  • Provide with the designs and planning to be approved by the Owner.
  • Get quotes and present a budget for approval.
  • Provide a timeline to the owner of how long will take the project since beginning to completion.
  • Schedule with the contractors each task that need to get done. 
  • Schedule the payments and get the proper invoice of every expense.
  • Coordinate and take all reasonable steps to ensure the project will be completed in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with the design specifications and cost estimate.
  • Provide weekly reports with pictures of the progress.
  • Present cash flow reports.
  • Keep the Owner informed and apply any change he desires to make.
