Gardens of Dominical – Orchid

Orchid Villa. Sleep up to 8 people in this deluxe, new, 3-bedroom 3.5 bath luxury villa. It is an easy 2 minute walk to Dominical Beach and an easy 8 minute walk to the shopping and dining district of Dominical. Many bars, restaurants and a grocery store are nearby Ave walkable from your fenced, gated and 2WD-accessible villa with private pool, parking, and great outdoor space.

Inside our fenced and gated community our villa includes free parking, fast wi-fi, English and Spanish-speaking cable TV and Netflix, and 3 private bedrooms with en suite baths. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook your own meals if you like and really save a lot with all the comforts of home! No 4WD necessary and we are just 50 yards/meters from one of the best surfing beaches in the country.

There is parking for two vehicles. The spacious living room area with 20-foot high custom cedar ceilings with a view of the private pool just outside the wall-to-wall accordion patio doors that fully open to bring your total Costa Rican experience inside. Step outside onto your private terrace to soak in the sounds of the toucans and macaws that visit the property.

Additional bedrooms include the same attention to detail and comfort as the master. In the second bedroom, enjoy the comfortable queen-size mattress and crisp white linens and in the third bedroom you will find 2 twin mattresses which can convert to a single king-size bed upon request. Each additional bedroom has its own private terrace and fully equipped en suite bathroom with walk in shower and Bail-style sink. The sofa in the living room can be converted to a queen size bed upon request to accommodate additional guests.

The dining room has room for up to 8 people to enjoy a family dinner or game night (or work, if you must!) at the handmade Guanacaste wood table

The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and custom Costa Rican wood cabinets. An open-air bar overlooks the pool area.

Take your provided beach towels, chairs, or straw mats just a few steps to the beach to watch some of the most amazing sunsets seen in the North American hemisphere every night of your stay. Yoga mats are provided – use them in the morning at the beach or by the pool to greet the day and immerse yourself in the Costa Rica “Pura Vida” lifestyle.

For larger groups, wedding parties or reunions, there is opportunity to rent both of our villas to sleep up to 16 people and have the entire compound to yourselves! Please inquire if interested in renting both villas together.

Gardens of Dominical - Orchid Villa was the PERFECT home for our Costa Rican getaway. This villa is a beautiful space, complete with all amenities for a relaxing pool day at home or a beach trip. It is conveniently located from the beach town (walking distance from local boutiques, supermarket, and village vendors). Most importantly, Cris is an incredible host, equipping me and my guests with all the information needed to ensure the best stay. She is a kind and passionate host! I will definitely be back.

Cris and Esteban were helpful and responsive. Beautiful house with a great pool area. House is on the edge of town but within walking distance to everything. Great restaurants and fun to watch the surfers. Better, less rocky, beaches a short drive from Dominical. Beautiful area, would recommend Dominical and Cris’ home.

It's always concerning to stay at a place with few reviews. Hopefully, I can assuage your concerns a bit. From what I understand, it has few reviews on AirBnb because it's been on vr bo & others. This was my 28th airbnb over 10 years, and I'm pretty sure that it's in the top 5. The place really is excellent, perfect for the 3 different couples that were traveling together. Great communal areas, spotless, very well appointed kitchen, nice pool, killer AC. Esteban, the local host, was amazingly responsive for the few typical items that we needed input on and actually made the stay even nicer. If we're back in Dominical, we'll 100% be reaching out to stay here again.

The house was great, very spacious and clean. It has everything you need to make you feel right at home. The beds were out of this world comfortable....I am a picky person when it comes to comfort. I also hired the cleaning crew everyday to tidy up, they did the dishes, laundry, picked up, cleaned the floors for $25/day...they were very pleasant. it was a game changer. If I am back in Dominical, I would def stay here again. Cristina, was a very responsive and very nice.
