Gardens of Dominical – Palm

Palm Villa. Sleep up to 8 people in this deluxe, new, 3-bedroom 3.5 bath luxury villa. It is an easy 2 minute walk to Dominical Beach and an easy 8 minute walk to the shopping and dining district of Dominical. Many bars, restaurants and a grocery store are nearby Ave walkable from your fenced, gated and 2WD-accessible villa with private pool, parking, and great outdoor space.

Inside our fenced and gated community our villa includes free parking, fast wi-fi, English and Spanish-speaking cable TV and Netflix, and 3 private bedrooms with en suite baths. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook your own meals if you like and really save a lot with all the comforts of home! No 4WD necessary and we are just 50 yards/meters from one of the best surfing beaches in the country.

There is parking for two vehicles. The spacious living room area with 20-foot high custom cedar ceilings with a view of the private pool just outside the wall-to-wall accordion patio doors that fully open to bring your total Costa Rican experience inside. Step outside onto your private terrace to soak in the sounds of the toucans and macaws that visit the property.

Additional bedrooms include the same attention to detail and comfort as the master. In the second bedroom, enjoy the comfortable queen-size mattress and crisp white linens and in the third bedroom you will find 2 twin mattresses which can convert to a single king-size bed upon request. Each additional bedroom has its own private terrace and fully equipped en suite bathroom with walk in shower and Bail-style sink. The sofa in the living room can be converted to a queen size bed upon request to accommodate additional guests.

The dining room has room for up to 8 people to enjoy a family dinner or game night (or work, if you must!) at the handmade Guanacaste wood table

The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and custom Costa Rican wood cabinets. An open-air bar overlooks the pool area.

Take your provided beach towels, chairs, or straw mats just a few steps to the beach to watch some of the most amazing sunsets seen in the North American hemisphere every night of your stay. Yoga mats are provided – use them in the morning at the beach or by the pool to greet the day and immerse yourself in the Costa Rica “Pura Vida” lifestyle.

For larger groups, wedding parties or reunions, there is opportunity to rent both of our villas to sleep up to 16 people and have the entire compound to yourselves! Please inquire if interested in renting both villas together.

Nuestra estancia fue maravillosa! El lugar es hermoso, acogedor y lleno de detalles que hacen que te sientas como en casa desde el primer momento. Los administradores, Cris y Esteban, fueron sumamente atentos y amables, siempre pendintes de que estuvieramos comodos y resolviendo rapidamente cualquier inquietud que surgio. Sin duda, un alojamiento que recomiendo completamnete y al que me encantaria volver pronto. Gracias por una experiencia inolvidable!

Wir waren rundum mit allem sehr zufrieden. tolles Haus, schönes Konzept, nähe zu Supermarkt, Strand und lokale. Für uns als Familie mit Kids super. Das einzige was besonders war. die zwei größeren eidechsen bzw Leguane die da am Pool chillen , haben nichts getan, alles cool. Aber unsere kleinen Kinder waren etwas verunsichert, da beim Essen draußen die immer gierig angerannt kamen. Da erschreckt man sich erst mal. Vielleicht nur als Info. 💁‍♀️ Ansonsten wirklich alles top gewesen. Sehr netter Kontakt.

Great place in surf city. Close to everything and totally functional for cooking. Beach is a block away - new, great super market is a block away. Iguana’s hang out by the pool. They are super cool. We named them Iggy and Pop. Some issues with water - but Cris and team were super responsive and solved quickly. Would come back. It truly is a great location and a great house.

We loved our stay at Dominical de Osa. The house was amazing. Esteban was present when we arrived and showed us how everything in the home worked. Having the pool was great, but walking to the beach was also quick and easy. Cris was the best virtual host, always very responsive and helpful.

Perfect place for our family of 6. Everything, literally we needed from beach towels, chairs , well appointed kitchen. We didn’t need the store for anything but food. All the rest there awaiting us. So much more. Cris gave us a late check out which we really appreciated.
