We are located in Southern Pacific of Costa Rica and we have identify different kind of investors that come to our area, some of them want to stay here the most of the year, others only for vacation and others develop properties as a business, but all of them need help and somebody who can take care of their investment as was their own and that is what we do.

Our service for Property Management includes:

  • Supervision of all employees. Including maid services, gardener, pool staff, Security.
  • Payment of employees twice a month.
  • Hiring and firing of employees and payments of any severance pay.
  • Opening the bank account for each home and accounting service monthly to the owner.
  • Maintenance service supervision of any repairs needed. Hiring of said services.
  • Internet banking payments of all utility bills all with full transparency to the owners.
  • Manager will provide monthly statements on the owners accountant on a monthly basis. Owner understands that accounting fees are paid by the owner if they declare to Ministerio de Hacienda.
  • Hiring of professional photographers and or Drone photographers at the cost of the owner to market the rental in the highest standard possible.
  • Manager will coordinate with Rental Agent to make sure everything is ready for the guest.
